Information for Presenters

Mac and Windows computers will be available in both conference facilities, connected to projectors. Computers will be connected to the internet.

We ask that all presenters provide a final copy of any slides they wish to use by the evening before their presentation. Slides can be submitted in person or via email.

We are trying to work out details to provide LiveMeeting broadcasts of presentations in addition to video recording that will be available online after the conference. To handle these recordings and broadcasts, all presenters will be asked to sign a consent form when they arrive.

If you hope to have any uncommon software available for your presentation (something other than MS Office and a web browser), please contact Matthew Elliott immediately to see what can be arranged.
